We pride ourselves on our salsas here at Cinema Taco.  They are all made in house, except the beautiful and spicy Cholula, who deserves to be on everyone’s table.

Our Salsa Roja is made with tomatoes, fresh peppers, onions, cilantro and blended.  Mild and flavorful.  Salsa Verde is made with tangy tomatillos and a handful of jalapenos for a little kick.  Our old stand by for spicy has been the Amarilla or Mango-Habanero.  Sweet and spicy, it makes a wonderful compliment to the Sweet Potato Burrito and the Fish Taco.  But what I’m really here to tell you about is the brand new salsa, perfectly crafted of smoked peppers: CHUPACABRA!  If it sounds scary, it’s because it is.  It is very, very spicy; delicious and addictive.  So try any of our salsas next time you are in.  They’re on the wall by the napkins.  But be careful of the Chupacabra, it’s dangerous!
